Closed Cover Precision Bass Pickups

Precision Bass style pickups with smooth closed black covers, available individually for the neck and bridge positions or together as a complete pair.

These pickups offer the clear, articulate response associated with the Precision Bass format, with plenty of definition across individual notes and a more immediate attack than a typical split-coil P-Bass pickup.

The neck pickup provides the fuller and rounder side of the traditional Precision Bass sound, with strong lows and a smooth response that works particularly well for warm bass lines and fuller rhythm tones.

The bridge pickup has a tighter, brighter and more focused character, bringing out additional attack and midrange definition. Used together, the two positions can be blended to create a balanced Precision Bass style sound with a mixture of warmth, clarity and articulation.

Smooth closed black covers conceal the pole pieces for a clean and understated appearance, making them a particularly good choice for modern builds or basses where conventional exposed-pole pickups do not suit the overall design.
