Every build includes a 2-year limited warranty. If a fault or part failure occurs, we’ll help you out. Even after the warranty ends, get in touch and we’ll do what we can.

How bespoke can my guitar be?
We design each guitar around your preferences using carefully selected components from our range. Tell us how you want it to look, sound and feel, and we’ll explain the options and create a specification with you.
Do you only build from your own parts?
Our standard service is based on components available through Guitar Anatomy. If you have a special request, include it in your enquiry and we’ll confirm whether we can help.
Do I need to know exactly what I want?
Not at all. You may have a complete specification or only a general idea. Tell us about your playing style and the guitar you imagine, and we’ll guide you through the choices.
How much will my build cost?
Custom builds start from £449 for a fully built and assembled guitar. Most complete builds fall between £500 and £800, depending on the specification and work involved. Submit the form below with your target budget and we’ll come back with suitable options.
How long will it take?
Lead time is generally up to 30 days, although your build may be ready sooner. We’ll keep you updated along the way.
What happens after I enquire?
We’ll review your ideas, ask any useful follow-up questions and prepare a proposed specification and quote. We usually respond within 1 working day. An enquiry does not commit you to an order.
How will my guitar be delivered?
Your finished guitar will be carefully packed and shipped to you. International delivery is also available, and we’ll confirm the appropriate delivery option with you before your build is completed.
Can I collect my guitar in person?
If you’re local to Newcastle, collection may be possible by arrangement. Mention this in your enquiry and we’ll confirm the available options with you.
