This Guitar Drill Bit Kit includes the essential drill bit sizes for guitar assembly, setup, and hardware installation.
The set includes one each of the following sizes: 1.5mm, 2mm, 3mm, and 10mm. These sizes are suitable for a range of assembly tasks, from small pilot holes for pickguard and machine head screws through to larger holes required for tremolo mounting.
The 1.5mm drill bit is ideal for smaller pilot holes such as machine head screws, pickguard screws, and other fine hardware. The 2mm drill bit is useful for larger screw holes, including strap buttons and 6-point tremolo mounting screws. The 3mm drill bit is well suited for drilling pilot holes for neck screws, helping to reduce the risk of splitting when fitting your neck. The 10mm drill bit is intended for larger drilling jobs, such as mounting holes for 2-point tremolo systems.
