A personalised headstock logo gives a DIY guitar the look of a finished, one-off instrument. We design a tailored logo from your brief and supply the approved artwork as a full A4 waterslide decal sheet ready for headstock application.

Your Own Logo, Designed for Your Build

Choose a direction for the design: a signature-style name, initials, a family or workshop name, handwritten lettering or a simple personal symbol or emblem. Provide a sketch, reference image or example and tell us the wording and style you prefer clear reference material makes it much easier to get the right design first time.

How It Works

Upload your sketch or reference image and include any notes about the wording, style, proportions and intended headstock area.

Our in-house graphic designer will create an original logo based on your brief. Your initial design proof will be emailed to the address provided at checkout within 48 hours of placing your order. Please check your junk or spam folder if you have not received it within this time.

One free revision is included, allowing you to request one round of adjustments before the design is finalised. Once approved, your logo will be printed in black on a full A4 sheet of clear waterslide decal film.

The included revision covers a single round of changes after the initial proof. Additional changes beyond the free revision can be discussed if required. The clearer the brief and the more references you provide, the less likely a second revision will be needed.

Application and Lacquer Note

Apply decals to a clean, smooth and properly prepared surface. After the decal is dry and positioned, seal it beneath a compatible clear lacquer for protection and a painted-on look. When lacquering, build the finish with several light coats rather than one heavy coat, and always test compatibility with your chosen finish on a spare piece first.

Design Limits

This service produces original personalised designs. We do not create copies of existing guitar-brand logos or designs that replicate protected manufacturer marks.

Yes, all of our products come with a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects or faults. If you experience an issue related to materials or workmanship within this period, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship guitar parts worldwide from the UK. International delivery costs are shown at checkout. Depending on your country, local import taxes, duties or courier handling fees may be payable before delivery.

How long does delivery usually take?
Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the service selected at checkout.

Can I return my item?
Yes, unwanted items can be returned within 30 days of receipt, provided they are unused and in their original condition. Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Customised items cannot be returned unless faulty.

Please contact us with photos of the issue as soon as possible. We’ll work quickly to resolve the problem, whether that means sending a replacement, issuing a refund, or providing another suitable solution.

Do you offer custom services?
We do not offer full custom product manufacturing, but we may be able to help with selected services such as tuner fitment, pre-drilling holes in bodies or necks, and similar modifications. Please contact us before ordering to discuss your requirements.
