Building your dream guitar? Here we have a stunning roasted maple Guitar Anatomy Pro Series Tele Neck. This neck is finished with a satin poly lacquer for super-smooth playing. This neck features a 9.5″ fretboard radius and uses our new Pro Series fret installation technique that allows for perfectly spherical rounded fret ends.

What is Roasted Maple?

Our roasted maple necks undergo a special kiln drying process which involves heating the wood to over 200 degrees in a special kiln, removing the moisture from the wood. This process vulcanizes the wood, making it stronger. The big advantage is that after this process, the wood becomes much less susceptible to moisture and climate changes, resulting in a more stable and predictable piece of wood. This is great for necks, especially, and will minimize the need for adjustments between seasons and different weather conditions. An extra added bonus from this process is that, while stabilizing figured maple, which is typically not so stable, it also greatly enhances the colour and figure in the wood. The finished product usually looks stunning, has improved tone and increased sustain!

All of our necks also come with bone nuts and 2-way truss rods installed.

Yes, all of our guitar necks are covered by a 12-month warranty against any manufacturing defects or faults. If you encounter any issues related to the craftsmanship or materials within this period, we’ll work with you to resolve them quickly and ensure your satisfaction.

2. What is your return policy if I don’t like the neck?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the neck within 30 days from the date your order was received. Items must be in unused condition, fit for resale, and returned with any tags or stickers attached. Customized items cannot be returned unless faulty. Delivery charges are refundable if the item is faulty, incorrect, or if you exercise your right to change your mind within 30 days. Please inspect your items carefully upon receipt and contact us if you have any concerns.

Roasted maple necks are kiln-dried at high temperatures, which removes moisture and stabilizes the wood. 6. Are all your necks pre-fitted with bone nuts?
Yes, all of our necks come with bone nuts that are pre-cut, slotted, and installed. Bone nuts provide excellent tone transfer, durability, and sustain, making them a superior choice for achieving professional sound quality.

7. Do your necks come with truss rods installed?
Absolutely. Every neck we sell includes a 2-way truss rod pre-installed. This allows for precise adjustments to ensure your neck stays perfectly straight or curved to your preferred specifications, regardless of string tension or environmental changes.

8. Can I use any finish on an unfinished neck, and what do you recommend?
Yes, you can use almost any finish on our unfinished necks. For roasted maple necks, we recommend using boiled linseed oil for a fast-playing, smooth surface that enhances the grain’s beauty. However, you can also use other finishes like lacquer, polyurethane, or tung oil, depending on your desired look and feel. The choice of finish is entirely up to your project and preferences.
