6x Conversion Bushings for Guitar Tuners 10.8mm to 6.2mm Reducers
GuitarAnatomy™ high-quality conversion bushings in chrome, nickel and gold. Usually used for fitting vintage tuners on a modern guitar neck, these bushings are perfect for headstocks with approx 10mm peg holes and tuners with 6mm shafts. Our bushings are made from high quality machined brass and then electroplated with a chromed finish.
*The actual outer diameter is 10.8mm, and the inner diameter is 6.2mm, these are sized slightly larger so that a tight fit is achieved. The best way to fit these is to use a g-clamp and press them in with equal pressure from both sides. A luthier hammer can also be used but bear in mind these are a tight fit on a 10mm hole, so do not apply too much force and risk damaging your headstock. It is advised to re-drill your tuner holes using a 10mm drill bit to enlarge the hole slightly if required.
